When creating a New User in the Admin Portal, you will be prompted to include information about the additional technologies your user has access to. This typically includes a CRM ID, a Web Conferencing ID, and/or a Dialer ID.
Accurately identifying and entering these credentials is critical when setting up a New User in ExecVision. The IDs allow ExecVision to integrate different technologies and pull calls and metadata into the platform.
