In order to pull RingCentral recordings, we must have every ExecVision user’s RingCentral Mailbox ID mapped to their ExecVision account. This empowers accurate caller-call matching and automatic recording transfer.
To find your Mailbox ID in RingCentral:
- Log into RingCentral as an Admin User and navigate to your Users tab
- Filter down to the users you’d like mapped into ExecVision
- Click the button to the right, “Download User List”
- Open the downloaded user list file. Every users’ Mailbox ID will appear within this exported list.
