In order to pull Outreach recordings, we must have every ExecVision user's Outreach ID mapped to their ExecVision account. This empowers accurate caller-call matching and automatic recording transfer.
There are two ways to pull Outreach IDs: individually and in bulk
Pulling IDs Individually
Click the User dashboard icon, select the specific user and click Update.
The user id is the number string within the URL. The ID for the below user is 4.
Pulling IDs in Bulk
Log into Outreach as an admin user and navigate to Reports
Select More Reports within the Reports tab
Filter down to individual user, team or pull everyone. Click Update to save changes.
Click Export in the right-hand corner and select Export user CSV
Open the downloaded file. The User IDs will be the first column, before User Email.
